

A Taste of Vermont
Nothing beats fall in Vermont--the air gets a little crisper and the landscape is ablaze with a brilliant array of reds, yellows, and oranges. With the change of the season comes a variety of autumn festivals, fairs, and art shows that Vermont is renowned for. We've highlighted just a few for you.
Champlain Valley Fair
You won't want to miss the annual Champlain Valley Fair, Vermont's largest fair and the state's largest event, established in 1923. From August 23–September 1, view agricultural displays and 4H exhibits, horse, sheep and dairy shows, fine arts and crafts, giant pumpkins, and a 50-ton sand sculpture to name a few. South End Art Hop
The 16th annual Art Hop is Vermont's largest visual arts celebration. Over 90 sites in Burlington's South End open their doors to display the work of more than 400 artists for the month of September. Tunbridge World Fair
Help celebrate 137 years of the Tunbridge World Fair! Celebrate the many concessionaires who have attended this fair for years. These vendors make up half of the fair with thrills, amusements, food, and a great place to shop. Livestock shows and Antique Hill make up the other half. Vermont Life Wine and Harvest Festival
From September 26–28, a weekend showcase for Vermont wines, Vermont specialty foods and artisans of all types celebrating the rich uniqueness, quality, and ingenuity of Vermont producers. Attendees will discover, savor, and enjoy Vermont vintners, small specialty food producers, painters, publishers, cheese makers, potters, jewelers, chefs, photographers, and farmers.
